Elite Prime is a high-quality white water-based acrylic sealer with excellent penetration into porous surfaces, making it highly resistant to alkalinity. It can be used as a preparatory layer for subsequent coatings.

Usage:

Suitable for interior use on new or old surfaces such as brick, concrete, cement surfaces, and gypsum types.

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, and dust. Any loose materials should be removed before painting.

Thinning:

Can be thinned from 10% to 30% with fresh water only.

11 to 14 m²/L (depending on surface conditions and application method).

Drying Time:

• Initial Drying: 30-60 minutes.
• Final Drying: 6 hours.
